Yoga, World Music and Crystal Healing Bowls is an all levels experience combining yoga, music and healing. Join us on our waterfront Yoga Patio as we welcome the soothing sounds of our favorite guest musicians, John and Melissa. They create extraordinary music using crystal healing bowls and instruments from around the globe.
Whenever John and Melissa are in town during their travels, they make sure to visit our yoga community and share their talents. It is a treat for any soul to hear them play music while accompanying Natalie as she leads us through a 60 minute slow flow style yoga class.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
$15 single class pass or included with any multi-class pass.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for added comfort in your postures and water to stay hydrated.
