Rebecca McGovern (Becca) believes in the power of yoga and meditation to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. A devout practitioner and teacher for 16 years, Becca has completed trainings, retreats, and workshops in several styles of yoga, her favorites being Hatha, Yin, and breathwork. She believes in a “slow is pro” approach to yoga and teaches with focus on alignment and breath. She is committed to making yoga available to every body and enjoys infusing laughter and creativity into her classes. She also has a passion for naturopathic health and loves sharing about the power of plants as medicine.
Becca and her fellow yogi husband moved to Madeira Beach from San Francisco and enjoy sailing, scuba, and spoiling their dog, Bug.
