You may have seen the new Chakra Inspired Flow Yoga class on the schedule and wondered what it’s all about. Here are a few answers to some common questions about the chakras and Chakra Inspired Flow yoga.
Chakras, or the “Wheels of Life,” are energy centers of the body. We have seven main chakras, which relate to everything from our feelings of safety and security to our sexuality and creativity, inner drive, ability to give and receive unconditional love, speak our mind, follow our intuition, and connect with a force greater than ourselves. Working with the chakra system can help us foster a deeper relationship with the self and illuminate areas of strength and weakness not just in the physical body but our mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies as well. Chakra Inspired Flow offers an effective blueprint for bringing these energy centers into balance in order to be more at peace and find liberation. During this class, we practice specific yoga postures that are beneficial for the chakras in combination with positive affirmations, meditation, chanting, breathing exercises, and aromatherapy. It can be a very healing and fun practice!
We want our chakras spinning at an optimal speed – not too fast (overactive), not too slow (underactive). An overactive first chakra, for instance, can make us feel too set in our ways and unable to embrace change, like we are wearing shoes made of cinderblock, while an underactive first chakra may cause us to feel like a balloon floating away in the wind, with no sense of grounding. A balanced first chakra will make us feel grounded and supported.
Keep in mind that the chakras are interconnected, so each chakra impacts all the others. Bringing just one chakra more into balance can have a positive impact on the whole system! Buy Phentermine online http://www.024pharma.com/phentermine.html
